Using this website (tonphomassage.com) implies acceptance of the present Terms of Use (the “Terms”) by the user. Please read them carefully before using the site.

2. Purpose of the site

The site has an informational and promotional purpose: it introduces the services of Tonpho Thai Massage Center and lets you enquire about availability through the contact form.

Actual bookings are confirmed afterwards by phone, WhatsApp or email; the form submission is an information request that we will reply to in order to agree on a date, time and treatment. Payment is made only at the venue, at the time of the treatment.

3. Intellectual property

The site's contents (text, images, photographs, trademarks, logos, layout, code) are owned by Tonpho Benessere SAS or licensed to it. They are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941 and later amendments) and trademark law (Legislative Decree 30/2005).

Reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, of the site's contents without the owner's prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use in compliance with applicable law and the moral rights of the author.

4. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use the site in compliance with the law, good morals and these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:
